Service calls (repairs) are usual next day depending on how busy our service team is, on occasion customers have had a service call the same day!

There is no delivery charge with any Trusted Appliances products!

Q. I work during the week. Are you able to deliver during the weekend?

We do deliver Saturday mornings

Q. What happens if I damage a rented product?

If you do not have your own home insurance then a mandatory Accidental Damage Waiver will be applied to your contract.
